Thursday 21st July, Basepoint Business Centres held a ‘key handover’ ceremony to mark the opening of a new landmark business centre, The Base. Managed by Basepoint, The Base will be the company’s fifth business centre in Kent. It was built in partnership with the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) and funded by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), as part of the wider regeneration of the Northern Gateway West area of Dartford town centre.

Welcome to The Base – Kent’s new inclusive business centre designed to appeal to start-up businesses together with existing small and medium enterprises. A modern mix of contemporary and flexible workspace incorporating sustainable design, the Centre represents the first phase of the regeneration of Dartford’s Northern Gateway.
